When we adopted Mr. Pink in the fall of 2020. He was a scared, abused dog who was owner surrendered at a kill shelter in Philadelphia. Pink had just turned 2 years old and he trusted no one. Today, Mr. Pink is a little love bug with us. Pink prances around when he is happy and confident. Mr. Pink LOVES tortilla chips. Pink is afraid of strangers. When you are 3.75lbs the world can be a scary place.
I started Mr. Pink's Instagram account to compare his tiny size to the world. Pink is famous for spreading joy, eating tortilla chips and camping in his tiny tent. Pink's story is one of overcoming adversity - a thrown away dog to finding a loving home. Mr. Pink hikes, paddles, snowshoes and camps with us. The outdoors soothe him. Mr. Pink loves doing big dog things and going on adventures. There needs to be more love & joy in the world.
